This is the point where the now superseded stretch of the former London Road joins the A453 Tamworth Road just to the north-east of the Bassetts Pole roundabout. The road which once roared with traffic now lies peacefully in the daylight. Cats eyes show the passerby what this strip of land once was. Time photo taken 2.50 pm BST (British Summer Time).
