Such is his reputation, Sean McKeown supplies hotels across the country, even as far as the Image Most of the stock for sale is from local waters but some of the more exotic species come from as far as the Indian Ocean. Today's highlights include the fresh local king scallops - see Image - and McKeown's battered scampi.
