I don't think this Phoenix will be rising from the ashes in Spilsby again. There are plans to re-build this former First World War army hut in Caistor, where it will be used as a museum and movie house. The owner of the site is applying for planning permission to build housing on it. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/662088 http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/677963 http://www.geograph.org.uk/search.php?i=2720301&displayclass=slide Edit - Up until quite recently the site had become overgrown with tall Buddleia plants, but these have just been cut down, so maybe building will progress.
