Unusual scenes in Victoria Avenue

Taken during the nine day World Cycling Championships which in September 2019 were based in Harrogate. The western half of Victoria Avenue was full of national team buses, cars and cycling paraphernalia. Nearby streets such as Raglan Street and Princes Square were similarly filled with team from as far apart as Chile and Norway.
