Plaque marking the birthplace of "Highland Mary"

The plaque reads "Near this spot stood the cottage where Mary Campbell, Burns's Highland Mary, was born in 1763". Highland Mary (she had an accent heavily accented with Gaelic) had a brief affair with Burns in 1876.
