The old terraces of the 1900s surround an area that was once Luckwell House. On the small plot of land beside the old house were some club buildings of later age - now cleared for these modern houses. Interestingly, they have some dark cladding with natural wood balconies, and seem to replicate the old terracing of the surrounds. The roofline appears particularly redolent.
