Built 1902 by Albert Nelson Bromley of Nottingham for Boots the Chemists. Facade in buff terracotta in "Eclectic style with Decorated Gothic and Renaissance Revival details”. Currently (2019) unoccupied, but with planning application for conversion to cafe and wine bar. Listed Grade II.
