Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y17/1377/SH for the “erection of a new 1800sqm retail store with associated construction operations; car parking, servicing, landscaping and new vehicular access following removal of the existing buildings comprising of retail, industrial and commercial units of varying sizes”. The site is now occupied by Image; it used to be the site of Image
