Tucked away in St Chad's Road, off the main road in Chadwell Heath, the church was built between 1884 and 1886 to serve the growing community. The clock tower was added in 1898 to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria the year previously. The Church has an excellent website here http://www.saintchadschadwellheath.org.uk/welcome.htm which includes the facility to download a podcast of the sermons given in the Church.
