The Pinnacle is this eleven storey modern block of flats on the south side of the High Road. Flats are currently on sale here for about £190,000 rising to around £370,000 for a penthouse. The road is the A118 looking towards Romford. Meanwhile the inevitable CCTV camera looms over the road, but at least it has given a seagull a handy place to perch.
