A view eastwards across Minchinhampton Common towards the village of Box, which stands high up to the north-east of Nailsworth Image in the Nailsworth Valley. Both Minchinhampton and Rodborough Commons are in the ownership and care of the National Trust. The extensive plateau, sited to the south of Stroud Image, is a popular place for recreation and affords wide-ranging views over the surrounding landscape. How I miss those Cotswold days, years.
