Viewed from Gelligaer Road in August 2019. The notice states that this site is the property of Mid Glamorgan County Council. The council was abolished in 1996 as a result of the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994 and the area was divided into several authorities. Cefn Hengoed is now part of Caerphilly County Borough.
