Regency houses on London Road, formerly Oxford Parade. In 1816, when visiting Cheltenham, author Jane Austen stayed here for three weeks. These houses were used as a film set during the making of the 1995 'Pride and Prejudice' starring Colin Firth. The house would have been only just built in 1816. The houses are Grade II* listed, see: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1103817
