If the sign is to be believed this is part of the former Williams's Brewery. As potential corroboration there is a former maltings very close by. A peruse of the Brewery History Society website confirms my suspicion and adds that most of the buildings have been demolished. I found towns fascinating - I can always find something indicative of former industries to persuade me to take a photograph.
