This commemorative stone is situated above the passage leading into Clement Court > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6248437 and informs that near this spot on 6 September 1701 Francis Burges published the first number of the Norwich Post. The building was later occupied by the Norfolk News company. It was built in 1959 and designed by the architects Yates, Cook and Derbyshire.
