On time for a booked three minute stop. The other end of the platform isn't so close when you've got three minutes. At the other end of the station Duchess of Sutherland was simmering in a siding for a later departure to London. There was a class 47 diesel on the back of Clun Castle's train. It was a stinking hot afternoon so not too much in the way of steam effects but the Duchess managed a bit of smoke.
