A second locomotive-hauled commuter service has now started on the Rhymney line, and is currently worked in top-and-tail formation. Between the morning and evening commuter runs, the set then works two return training trips between Cardiff and Rhymney, one of which is seen here departing Heath High Level with Class 37 locomotive No. 37421 leading and No. 37025 on the rear.
