The first time I've seen one of these signs. "The England Coast Path is a major project with committed Government funding of some £5 million to define a walkable route around the full coastline of England and is estimated when complete to cover 2800 miles/4500kms. It's opening in sections and when it is finished - the target is 2020 - it will be one of the longest coastal walking routes in the world." https://www.ldwa.org.uk/ldp/members/show_path.php?path_name=England+Coast+Path I won't hold my breath for its completion.
