Former St James' church on the corner of Suffolk Square. The church was built 1825-30 to a design by local architect Edward Jenkins. This Grade II* https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1387994 Regency Gothick church is now Zizzi's an Italian restaurant.
