Believed to date back to the 17th century, and Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101367532-church-farmhouse-ditton-priors#.XVBI3uhKjcs & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1367532 in 1974. The farmhouse is partly stone-built and partly timber-framed.
