Looking past chalet bungalows on Teignmouth Road across a little valley occupied by C20 housing on Avoca Avenue, to some quite grand semi-detached Victorian villas on Tor Vale. The left-hand pair have fine bargeboards on their high gables - not easy to see at this distance.
