This has a faded sign on the wall stating that if was occupied at some point by a firm of brass founders. Before that it was a flour mill and is Grade II Listed. It is of c1810 vintage. There are plans afoot for its conversion to apartments. I'm glad I got this view before it is ruined. It is only 5 minutes from Brindley Place and close to Broad Street.
