The Post Office services previously provided here in Norfolk House, Queen Street were transferred into new premises on the upper level of the W.H. Smith store in the "Intu" Victoria Shopping Centre in May 2019. Smith’s currently run 135 Post Offices throughout the country and there were plans for a further 40 post offices to be transferred into its stationery shops in 2019. The Concert Hall can be glimpsed ahead on the other side of Upper Parliament Street.
