This Category B listed http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB32788 former warehouse on the corner of Trongate and Hutcheson Street dates from 1856-60 and is, apart from the ground floor shops, empty and boarded up. The adjoining building on the eastern side has been demolished within the last two years, and supporting steel girders have been added to the former warehouse. Hopefully this means the building will be refurbished in the future.
