Cunninghame House, Irvine, North Ayrshire

Opened in 1976, Cunninghame House is the headquarters of North Ayrshire Council. Cunninghame District Council (1975-1996) originally leased the property from Irvine Development Corporation and later Ravenseft Properties until North Ayrshire Council bought the building outright in 2005.
