The northern part (basically no 44) of a terrace of 4 modest late 18th century workers' cottages, which were collectively Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101054158-44-47-wellington-road-the-gorge#.XUKNwuhKhPY & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1054158 in 1974. The others are quite hard to see at this time of the year on account of garden greenery.
