The recently opened new maternity unit at the Ulster Hospital, Dundonald (see http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/northern_ireland/7058844.stm ). It's a fantastic facility, complemented by the amazing staff inside. Why the title for this photograph? Well, it is (hopefully) the first Geograph for J4174. It is a first for me as my baby daughter had just been safely delivered inside! ('Just' meaning about 2 hours before the photo was taken - at 1:11pm on 27th November 2007 to be precise).
