Chippenham played Camden (Cambridge) in a Cambridgeshire Cricket Association league match. The tree on the right is inside the boundary. The field slopes sharply downwards this side of the tree and people watching from the other side of the ground can lose sight of fielders retrieving the ball hereabouts. (Camden 182 for 5, Chippenham 132.)
