Part of "The River" fountain/sculpture in Victoria Square. The reclining lady is far more commonly known as "The Floozy in the Jacuzzi". Also visible in the picture is Santa's hat -- an indication that the excellent German Christmas market (from Frankfurt, Birmingham's twin town) is now underway.
