The farm, so called because its about two miles from the centre of Stockton, is located at the junction of Darlington Back Lane and Yarm Back Lane. The roads are significantly busier than I'd expect a back lane to be... The farm steading is no longer used for agriculture, its current purpose looks to be entirely residential.
