A recently-erected banner, on the site of the former Corporation Street social security office, marking a part of Belfast once known as “Little Italy”. Approximately between York Street/Nelson Street/Little Patrick Street and Gt Patrick Street - long since demolished and now being redeveloped with student accommodation (background).
