A stone in a barn at Elterwater Park Farm is seen from the path which runs through the farmyard. The path roughly follows the course of the River Brathay upstream. This section of the path is part of the long distance Cumbria Way which runs 70 miles (112 km) from Carlisle to Ulverston.
