Footpath near Royal Quays Marina, North Shields

This half-hidden formalised footpath, which on its short journey passes through an area of dense planting, links the recent housing development at the Marina (see https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6199124 ) with the access road to that development and the adjoining boat yard. At the other end of this footpath there is currently a metal knee high barrier which, judging by how highly polished it has become, is regularly climbed over.
