Part of the fine building built in 1872 as F and J Smith's furniture warehouse by John Honeyman. Distinctive Venetian Renaissance style with cast-iron columns and detailing. Gutted by fire in 1987, but fully restored externally. Listed Category A http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB33210
