The Old Well Public House occupies a corner site with the main front on Torquay Road. Built in the late 1860s with some 20th century alterations. Spoilt by the many hideous advertisments plastered all over the ground floor. Listed, grade II, with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1195205
