A former “Mace” shop, at the corner of Strandburn Street, now with a “sold” sign. It had been described as “The property is a single storey retail unit situated in a prominent location in Connsbrook Avenue extending to c. 908 sq ft.” There is the following planning permission (11 April 2019) “LA04/2019/0176/F Change of use from a shop to a hot food takeaway 182 Connsbrook Avenue Belfast BT4 1JY”. I have no connection with the premises and cannot enter into correspondence.
