Situated in Upper Castle Combe, this TE, which has the code SSCCM, is of a standard design from the late 1960s replacing the former TEs in Castle Combe and Grittleton at that time. It provides telephone and broadband services to 901 residential and 116 non-residential premises in Upper Castle Combe plus Castle Combe, Ford, Grittleton, Leigh Delamere, Littleton Drew, Nettleton, Slaughterford, West Kington and Yatton Keynell nearby. Two square white BT warning notices can be seen on this building which is built of Cotswold stone. The numbering ranges of this TE are (01249) 782xxx, 783xxx, the (01249) referring to the Chippenham group of ten TEs, and its postcode is SN14 7EZ.
