Paradise Park is a wildlife park and gardens centred on Glanmor House. The house is Grade II* listed and was built in c1862 by Harvey & Company of Hayle for their transport manager. A 15" gauge railway now runs round the house as part of Paradise Park. Yes, that does appear to be a model of a flying dinosaur - funny what you don't notice through the viewfinder.
