Built in 1830 as the pump room and bath house for Nottington Spa, one of several sulphurous springs in the Wey valley which became fashionable in the early 19th century.. https://historicengland.org.uk/services-skills/education/educational-images/spa-house-nottington-lane-weymouth-8058 The building is now residential.
