The Ross-on-Wye website records that Perrock, the house on the left, was formerly Perrock's Almshouses built in Arthur's Lane (now Old Gloucester Road) for four poor widows. Founded by Richard Worcester in 1510, endowed by Thomas Perrock in 1605. They were rebuilt in 1771, altered and thoroughly restored by Alderman Thomas Blake in 1889. In 1959 they were restored by the Ross Charity Trustees. https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6170368 to the uppermost of three inscriptions on the wall.
