The house has brick-patterned cladding which obscures a benchmark which Ordnance Survey documents indicate was verified in 1962 having been levelled at 68.659m above Newlyn Datum on the left hand side of the house, 3.7m from the front corner: www.bench-marks.org.uk/bm125469
