According to Bradford Council's detailed appraisal of the Oakworth Conservation Area, the buildings shown here comprise a late 19th century works [right, currently occupied by a welding firm] and two residential properties (left) - the Manor Tower and Coach House. The tower itself is early 20th century, though in an older style. It is not listed.
