Category C listed, early 19th century terrace beside The Cross, where South Street meets Stirling Road, New Road and Wester Loan. There were road works on Wester Loan (straight on), which is why there was a diversion in place. The tower belongs to the Category B listed [http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB17638] town hall, which opened in 1855.
