The same sign is seen from the other side of a wall in Image There are several others like it beside Image, the location of Image The number of visitors has increased greatly in recent years; much of this interest seems to have been inspired by the use of the glen as a filming location. Paths on this side (the south) of the glen lead to some old steps, Image, and so down into the depths.
