Red brick and terracotta, with dark green faience shop fronts, dated 1903. The latter is now more sympathetically treated than the garish paint scheme seen in this 2014 view https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4262330 . Built as an annexe to the main hotel to the right (on Clarence Street). Now converted to apartments.
