The church is Category B listed [http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB35975]. The tower dates from the 15th century, with the spire added in the 16th century. The church itself was rebuilt in the early 1800s [https://canmore.org.uk/site/34136/kilrenny-parish-church]. The house on the left is the former schoolhouse and is also Category B listed [https://canmore.org.uk/site/34136/kilrenny-parish-church].
