Ordnance Survey documents indicate that in 1954 a benchmark levelled at 135.603m above Newlyn Datum was verified on the corner of an outbuilding on the farm. This appears to have been converted to a house with loss of the benchmark. See www.bench-marks.org.uk/bm41807
