Braehead Foods is one of Scotland’s largest independent food wholesalers, supplying chefs across the UK and Europe with the finest quality ingredients for 20 years. A family business since 1999, providing everything from quality chilled, ambient and frozen foods, to bespoke products made for chefs, by chefs in their Production Kitchen. The Cook School Scotland which is at the far end of the building above provides a range of hands-on cookery classes from full day classes, evening demo & dine (watch the chefs cook up a selection of dishes) to Kids' group classes where during the school holidays, they run a selection of kids' classes for your budding little chefs aged 5-16 years in their brand new Kids' Kitchen. They also have a shop which you can access from the Cook School entrance or from Braehead Fresh Express. It is packed with an extensive range of meat, cheese, dry goods, food to go, kitchenware and giftware. It's located next to their Café -Fresh Express, where you can pop in for lunch and view their extensive range of produce.
