Three of the new apartment blocks being built at Pomona Island. Pomona, the most northerly of the Manchester/Salford Docks, is the last of the dockland to be regenerated. Having been largely a wasteland since the docks closed in the 1980s, the area is now being redeveloped with new apartment and office blocks being built (https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/plans-build-200-new-flats-12786598 Manchester Evening News 24 March 2017).
