Scarva Station, like its neighbour Poyntzpass, is on the Belfast to Dublin line with the Enterprise Express passing through 18 times a day Monday to Friday, 16 times on Saturday and 10 times on a Sunday. Each station is served by only two early morning and two late evening trains linking them with Newry and Portadown. One morning train and one evening train goes as far as Dublin Connolly and Belfast Lanyon Place.
